Gourmet Asian flavors in Costa Smeralda
From mid-July, Hotel Cala di Volpe is hosting a pop-up version of Novikov Restaurant & Bar: Novikov For Cala di Volpe.
This is the 4th project under the name of the Russian restaurateur Arkady Novikov after the flagship venue opened in London in 2011, followed by Moscow in 2013 and Dubai in 2015.
Novikov for Cala Di Volpe offers a taste of Novikov Asian London on the pool-side terrace of Sardinia’s acclaimed Hotel Cala Di Volpe in a relaxed casual setting.
The carefully crafted food menu features the finest products from Asia and Sardinia: Novikov's famous sushi, carpaccio, Japanese grill, salads, eclectic cocktails and drinks.
Last year, the brand's three stars of international cuisine brought lustre to Novikov Costa Smeralda: Jeff Tyler, executive chef; Kelvin Sark, Sushi chef and Giacomo Uzzo from Bologna.
"I often use Sardinian products in London, because it is a guarantee of quality - explains Jeff Tyler. Novikov for Cala di Volpe will serve the dishes of 'Novikov Asian London' by the pool of the most glamorous Starwood hotel, in a casual yet elegant setting, and will serve a carefully crafted menu from Sardinian and Asian tradition.
